As the last rays of the day's sun illuminate the Zermatt mountain peaks, you take a relaxing ride in the gondola past the Matterhorn. You enjoy a cozy cheese fondue and a refreshing drop of Valais wine. The traditional main course is framed by an appetizer variation, as well as various desserts and a local digestif.
